Terms of Service
Effective November 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of Speed Alert (the "Service"), provided by Robert Macbeth, doing business as Speed Alert ("Speed Alert," "we," "us"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your business.
1. The Service
Speed Alert receives leads from the sources you connect, such as website forms, ad platforms and booking tools. It scores each lead, drafts a suggested call script, alerts you or your team, and tracks follow-up. Scores and scripts are produced with rules and artificial intelligence. They are guidance, not guarantees, and you remain responsible for how you contact and serve your customers.
Features described as "rolling out," "coming soon" or "waitlist" (including Midas) are planned, not promised on a particular date. When a rolling-out feature included in your plan is released, you receive it at no extra cost.
2. Plans and pricing
- Founding Build: a one-time custom setup fee plus a monthly subscription of $497 USD, which includes 3 team seats.
- Setup fee: quoted on your demo call and confirmed in writing before you pay.
- Extra seats: $49 USD per seat per month. Volume pricing is available on request and confirmed in writing.
- Custom features: features outside the standard build can be added for an additional monthly fee, agreed in writing before work starts.
- Annual option: where offered, an annual plan is billed as one payment for 12 months.
- Founding price: your monthly price stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption. If you cancel and return later, the prices in effect at that time apply.
3. Setup and delivery
Setup starts once your first payment has cleared and we have held your setup call. We aim to have your app live within 10 business days of both. If we need information or access from you (for example, to your forms or ad accounts), the timeline starts once we receive it.
4. Usage allowances
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI-generated scripts and text messages, refreshed each billing month with no rollover. If you reach the allowance, scripts switch to your approved templates until the next refresh, or you can buy a top-up. Lead alerts never stop because of an allowance. We'll tell you when you reach 80% of an allowance.
5. Billing
Payments are processed by Whop. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled, and you authorise us, through Whop, to charge your payment method on each renewal. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we'll let you know and may pause alerts after 7 days until payment is updated.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Monthly plans: cancel at any time through your Whop account or by emailing robertmacbethapps@gmail.com. The Service continues to the end of the month you've paid for. There are no partial-month refunds and no cancellation fee.
Annual plans: you can cancel for a full refund of the annual subscription payment within the first 30 days. After 30 days, the plan runs for the full year and is not refundable.
Setup fees cover work done for your business and are not refundable.
On request within 30 days of cancellation, we'll send you an export of your lead log. After that we delete it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Your responsibilities
- You have the right to collect the leads you connect, and your forms tell people how their information will be used. We'll provide suggested consent wording during setup.
- Messaging consent. Where the Service texts your customers (for example, the holding message), you are responsible for the consent required by law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier rules such as A2P 10DLC registration.
- You approve every customer-facing message template before it goes live, and you can edit or switch it off at any time.
- You keep your login details and your team's secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.
8. Acceptable use
You won't use the Service to send spam, contact people who haven't asked to hear from you, harass anyone, or break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
9. Ownership
Your leads, customer data and the business information you give us remain yours. Your configuration, scripts and data are not reused for any other client. We keep ownership of the software, templates and systems that make up the Service, and grant you a licence to use them while your subscription is active.
10. Availability and third parties
The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, AI processing, message delivery and payments. We work to keep it running reliably but can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we aren't responsible for outages caused by those providers, by phone carriers, or by your own lead sources.
11. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits, lost jobs or indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We'll email you at least 14 days before a material change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING STATE].
